PieroTagliapietra.

Executive, temporary manager, consultant and trainer working across management, marketing, organizational transformation, digital strategy, project/product management and innovation.

The short version

Strategy matters when it becomes work.

For more than 16 years I've worked where strategy and execution meet. I've been a CMO, General Manager, Chairman, strategist, Product Owner, consultant and trainer.

I like understanding the whole system while staying close enough to the work to change it. The goal is performance today and stronger organizational capability tomorrow.

About me

Four words behind the job titles.

Curiosity, discipline, communication and Agile/Lean are recurring themes in how I describe myself.

Curiosity

I research, study and experiment when I don't know something.

Discipline

Years of sport and martial arts; black belts in two disciplines.

Communication

I have worked in and with agencies since 2009 and still care about communication that creates an effect.

Agile & Lean

Since 2014, value, learning and waste reduction have shaped the way I work.

I stand by my word,
and kindness is not negotiable.

A useful historical snapshot, not a label. In January 2020 I completed the WAY-R by PerformanSe self-assessment. I keep it here as a reference point for working style and behavioral potential, not as a current or diagnostic measurement.

10/10Tolerance for uncertainty

View complete historical WAY-R assessment context+

The assessment was completed on 24 January 2020 using the PerformanSe WAY-R / Perf ECHO self-assessment. PerformanSe explicitly states that the report is not a diagnosis of psycho-cognitive capabilities; it is intended to help identify behavioral potential and complex competencies in professional contexts. The results should therefore be treated as historical context rather than a current measurement.

Among the strongest detailed scores were tolerance for uncertainty (10), creativity (9), learning (8), synthesizing (8), conceptualizing (8), soliciting resources (8), group management (8), supporting others (8), understanding (8), showing attention (8), and attention to others (8).
